The Tank NYC

Fundraising update, make your donation count DOUBLE!

By June 30th, The Tank needs  $11,561.00 to meet its fundraising goal. While it seems like a lot, The Tank needs 578 people to donate $20 each. That’s 578 of 5,000 who are on The Tank newsletter list, over 2,000 artists who have been given free and subsidized space; and the more than 12,000 audience members who’ve gotten affordable admission, cheap beer, and programming you won’t find anywhere else.

Make your donation count DOUBLE! A Tank board member has committed to a generous matching gift for every donation of $50 or more– you can give The Tank $100 in support for half the cost! That means only 116 donors to reach our goal. Please consider making a donation at this level and doubling your impact.

Ready?

Donate money. You can make a 100% tax deductible donation through Paypal at http://thetanknyc.org/membership, in person at The Tank, or by sending checks to: The Tank 354 West 45th Street New York, NY 10036

No money? Donate time, become a volunteer. We always need front of house and technical volunteers. There’s no minimum time commitment and all Tank volunteers see any of our shows for free. Write Trey Tatum at volunteer@thetanknyc.org for more information or to sign up!

No time? Donate stuff. Because we serve so many artists and have such a small staff, our equipment is constantly breaking, in need of service, or just plain out of date. Visit http://www.thetanknyc.org/wishlist for our wishlist and find out how you can donate equipment, office supplies, and other things we can use.

Nothing to donate? Find someone who can! Spread the word. Follow us on Twitter @TheTankNYC and retweet our campaign messages. Make our donation page your Facebook status. Email your friends and tell them what The Tank has done for you and ask them to donate.
